Most engagement sessions last for one hour.
FOR LOCATION SESSIONS
Pick a meaningful location, usually a first date or your engagement site works well.
FOR STUDIO SESSIONS
For the Bride, have your hair, makeup and nails done before you arrive.
If you have any clippings of poses you like, bring them to your session, your photographer won’t mind, it’s his or her time to find out what you like.
Both you and your fiancé should share a clothing color, for example you wear light blue while he wears a dark blue it unites the image
Bring two sets of clothing, one dressy and one casual to have two different looks to choose from, our studio’s goal is to achieve an image so stunning you can put it on your mantle.
Make sure the size of your reception image will be large enough to be displayed prominently.
If the images are being used for a montage, communicate to your photographer which ones you don’t want displayed.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION IMAGE USES
Schedule your session early, so you can use one of your images for save the date cards or a news paper announcement.
MONTAGES- Images from 2 sessions (locations and studio) should be used. The current trend is also to use dating images
Have fun, these are the pre-empting images of your married life.
